This apartment located on the first floor of a house, offers a kitchen, a living room, a lounge area, 2 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed 160, and the other with 2 single beds 90), a bathroom water and a separate toilet.
Outside: a large terrace adjoining the apartment. The house includes 3 other rentals. Shared parking lot behind the house. The Gulf offers a whole range of landscapes worthy of a postcard with its coves, small beaches and islands (Ile aux Moines and Ile d'Arz), accessible by boat (pier 10 minutes) from the cottage. Here, the environment is protected by the Regional Natural Park in order to preserve all its assets. At 5min, you will join the expressway to shine and discover all the treasures of our beautiful department: Carnac, Erdeven, Quiberon, the Ria d'Etel, Vannes, the Presqu'ile de Rhuys ...

3/5Gîte propre .grande terrasse matériel a revoir, parasol en mauvais état.ainsi que le frigo qui ne tient pas le froid. Porte fenêtre ne ferme pas bien. Et sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de barbecue. Plaque chauffante très longue ä chauffer. Vu qu'une seul fois la propriétaire en début de séjour. Parti sans avoir pu voir la propriétaire car faisait le ménage dans un autre gîte. Belle ballade cependant. Nuit calme mais réveil tôt car une des fenêtre d'une des deux chambres donne sur la rue. Possibilité de se garer a l'arrière du gîte dans une cour. Bon séjour quand même
