-On the ground floor, the cottage opens onto the living room welcoming dining and lounge areas and kitchen. One double room (140x200) with private ensuite bathroom, a separate toilet with washbasin. Uitlity room.-On the 1st floor: 2 double rooms (140x200) and atwin room (90x200), bathroom and separate toilet.-On the 2nd floor, you will enjoy a large room in the attic with board games and reading area. Outside, a large courtyard to park cars, a walled garden and a gravelled terrace facing south.Pellets provided for the stove. For your next vacation, discover this old bourgeois house located 2 minutes from Josselin! Only 300m from the cottage, you can explore, on foot, bike or on horseback, the towpath of the Canal from Nantes to Brest, and admire the passage of boats, to the rhythm of the locks. Lovers of heritage and old stones can visit the Château de Josselin. At 15min, the Lac au Duc de Taupont will allow you to swim and practice water sports. Not to be missed during your stay: the mysterious forest of Brocéliande, with its myths and legends.

Excellent séjour !
5/5Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de ce beau gite, très bien équipé (avec notamment tout l'équipement nécessaire pour nos deux petits enfants (8 mois et 2 ans 1/2), très calme par son emplacement proche du chemin de halage et également idéalement situé à proximité des commerces de Josselin.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil des propriétaires avec le far et la bouteille de cidre à notre arrivée et la présence des moutons a ravi nos enfants :) Merci pour ce beau séjour ! (la famille Remy)- Cleanliness 5/5

5/5Nous avons passé un merveilleux week end, tout y est ! de l'accueil des propriétaires, ne passant par la qualité des prestations. Gite récent, très belle rénovation. L'emplacement est génial, beaucoup de beaux sites à - 30min de route. Josselin à 2 km à pied par le canal qui est tout prêt du gite. Nous reviendrons ! et nous recommanderons ce gite. 5/5Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances d'été dans ce gîte. Idéalement placé, très confortable propre et joliement décoré.
Le jardin clos nous a permis d'envoyer nos chiens avec nous sans tracas.
