Entirely on one level, the gîte has a living room of 23 m² with kitchen/living room/lounge area opening onto a south-west facing terrace with garden furniture. A bedroom with 1 double bed, shower room with wc. Private parking in the courtyard. Open garden with badminton game (net + rackets). Holiday rental located near the owners. LANDÉVANT, is located between LORIENT and VANNES at the northern end of the ÉTEL river. This vacation rental will allow you easy access to the key sites of southern Morbihan: the long fine sandy beaches of Erdeven or Guidel, the menhirs of Carnac, Quiberon and its wild coast, the small sea of Gâvres, Auray and its Port St Goustan… Closer, the Ria d'Etel opens its doors to you with its creeks, marshes, mudflats and islets, including that of St Cado in Belz, one of the jewels of the region.

Gite et région très agréable
5/5Accueil extrêmement sympathique de la propriétaire avec un petit cadeau de bonne arrivée comme c'est de coutume dans les gites de France.
Très beau gite, très bien situé pour rayonner dans cette belle région : les plages, les marchés, les villes et villages ne sont pas loin.
La literie pourrait être bientôt changée mais est encore suffisante pour l'instant, de même que les couverts qui sont datés. ;-)
Pour le reste, l'équipement répond aux attentes d'un couple, sans superflu mais sans manque non plus.
Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour dans ce gite et nous le conseillons vivement.- Cleanliness 5/5

Le gîte est suffisant pour 2 personnes. Nous aurions préféré un peu plus d'intimité concernant les transats a l'extérieur , mais comme le soleil n'était pas au rendez vous, cela n'a pas été gênant

Émerveillés
5/5Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à Landévant et découvert la Ria d’ETEL , tout près du gîte, qui nous a émerveillés. Et encore la promenade en bateau , la presqu’île de Quiberon et sa côte sauvage .La ville de JOSSELIN au centre du département.
