You will find in this farmhouse dating from 1870 a pleasantly decorated interior, bright where it is good to live there.
- On the ground floor: a kitchen area, a living room and a lounge area, a shower room and a toilet.
- On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed 140, and the other with 2 single beds 90).
Outside: terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers.
Rental adjoining gîtes 56G17211 and 56G17210 with in common: 4000 m² enclosed garden, a heated swimming pool (8mx4.50) by aerothermal and chlorine-free under sliding cover of 1.79m from June 1 to September 31. Opening hours 9am - 9pm. (Swimming pool shared with the owners and the 2 other gites). Between the Gulf of Morbihan and the legendary Forest of Brocéliande, come and take a breath of fresh air in a green setting. Lovers of hiking, on foot, on horseback or by bike, will be delighted thanks to the various walks revealing surprising corners and breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Not to be missed during your stay: the beautiful character towns of Josselin with its castle (15 km) and Malestroit (20 km), both located along the Nantes to Brest Canal. For your beach and boating days, the Gulf of Morbihan is a 45-minute drive away.

Très bien
4/5On est un peu à l'étroit au rez-de-chaussée quand il ne fait pas beau, mais très bien équipé et décoré avec goût
Escalier un peu raide
Très calme, à 30 minutes de Vannes
Piscine très agréable, couverte en cas de mauvais temps
Grand terrain clos, balançoire, table de ping-pong, de nombreux jeux pour les enfants à disposition
Deuxième fois que nous venons (l'an dernier dans le gîte à côté, qui ressemble beaucoup à ce gîte) car excellent rapport qualité-prix, comme il y a la piscine
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et expliquent ce qu'on peut visiter dans la région

5/5Charmant petit gîte très bien organisé et pas mal équipé.
Les 3 atouts de cette location :
- la situation géographique ( calme et de nombreuses visites possibles à proximité).
- la piscine chauffée
- l accueil des propriétaires. M. et Mme Piquet sont toujours souriants et restent attentifs au bien être de leurs locataires ( encore merci à eux).

5/5Un gîte pas très grand mais bien pensé et bien aménagé !
Il manque peut-être juste des toilettes à l’étage mais on ne peut pas tout avoir ! La piscine couverte et chauffée a été un vrai plus lors de cette semaine pluvieuse ! Et que dire de la Bretagne , une région magnifique ! Nous avons particulièrement aimé La Gacilly et son expo photo !- Cleanliness 5/5

petit coin de paradis
5/5Nous avons passé un super séjour, les propriétaires ont de supers conseils pour visiter les alentours.
Tout est fait pour que nous manquions de rien.
La piscine est vraiment un plus, surtout à la fin de nos journées de visite.
Nous reviendrons certainement l'année prochaine car la région est vaste et nous avons pas fini de la visiter.
