Holiday rental adjoining a house, bright and comfortable, is located in a pretty farmhouse.
- On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful living room with dining area and lounge opening onto the private terrace, a well-equipped kitchen area.
- On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with 1 140x190 bed, one bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and a private toilet), a bathroom with shower, a toilet.
Laundry room with sink and washing machine. Gite adjoining the owner's home. Internet connection.
On arrival, 2 deposit checks will be requested: 1 check for €300 for the gîte and 1 check for €45 for cleaning. For walks and fishing, you will hesitate between the banks of the Vilaine and the seaside. "The dam: entrance to the river, exit to the sea". It is the longest estuary dam in Europe. Several times a day, its lock opens to allow the passage of ships. The dam welcomes many visitors to discover the site, observe the locks, walk along the water's edge and discover the migration of fish.
