Renovated with environmentally-friendly materials (cellulose wadding, wood wool and lime-hemp insulation), this typical dwelling recaptures the charm of a bygone era, and offers thermal comfort all year round, keeping you cool in summer and cosy by the wood-burning stove in winter. As soon as the weather's fine, take advantage of the outdoor spaces and admire the wisteria in bloom above the house door.
Nearby, take a stroll through the remarkable gardens of Château de la Ballue, 850 m away, stroll through the narrow streets of Bazouges-la-Pérouse, 3 km away, or unwind at the Villecartier forest leisure park, 4.8 km away. The gîte, adjoining the owners' house, is arranged over 2 levels.
First floor:
- living room with dining table, Gllum is cool kitchen and seating area, wood-burning stove.
A steep wooden staircase leads up to the first floor, where you'll find :
- a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed
- bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm)
- a bathroom with a small bathtub that doubles as a shower, and a toilet.
For your comfort, towels and sheets are provided and beds made on arrival.
Outside :
- a grassy area with picnic table, parasol and barbecue
- on the other side, a shed for hanging out washing and a utility room with washing machine.
Parking on the property on a dedicated pitch.
