Upstairs: a large bedroom (2 double beds 140x190), a bathroom with WC. Technical room (gas boiler - central heating and laundry). Cot and high chair available. 10 minutes from Rennes-Est, this gite is adjoining the owners' home. You will find all your independence on the west side, with terrace (garden furniture and barbecue) overlooking a large meadow. You are 500 m from Noyal-Sur-Vilaine and 10 km from Rennes.

Super gîte pour un moment en famille !
5/5Un super gîte que nous avons loué pour loger toute la famille pour les fêtes de Noël . La maison est très spacieuse et accueillante . Les propriétaires sont très sympathique également , nous avons tellement apprécié que nous avons reloué pour un autre événement !
