4.5km north of Rennes, this gîte with indoor pool offers an exceptional setting dedicated to relaxation and well-being. You're free to take advantage of all the aquatic facilities: a 42m² indoor pool with several depth levels and a long swim lane, a spa with light and music to suit your mood, and a hammam. An extensive library and billiards table further diversify your options for relaxation and leisure on site. For the more active, a tennis court is at your disposal in the garden. For your comfort and a high-quality stay, beds are made up on arrival, all bathroom linen is provided, and bathrobes are available.
This rental is located on the first floor of the owner's home. On one level: all the rooms are organized around the central space with the swimming pool, and include a dining area, a kitchen area, a bedroom-cabin with two 90cm bunk beds, a shower room with toilet, a bedroom with 2 80x200cm beds (possibility of offering a 160x200cm bed) and its private shower room with toilet, a lounge under the veranda opening onto the enclosed garden, a lounge with billiards table and library, a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and its private shower room with separate toilet. Free, easy street parking.

Très beau gîte pour se détendre
4/5Très beau gîte avec toutes les activités intérieures et extérieures adéquates pour se détendre. Piscine, jacuzzi et hammam bien entretenus. Le tennis privatif est juste derrière la maison où l'on accède par un petit portillon. Télé très bien, avec connexion impeccable. Soirée billard appréciée par toute la famille. Petite balade le long du canal avec son marché le dimanche matin à Noël, très appréciable. La literie est digne d'un hôtel, avec serviettes et peignoirs mis à disposition en plus. Très pratique d'avoir gel douche et shampooing fournis à chaque douches... Petite cuisine servant uniquement à cuisiner car trop petite pour y manger. Nous avons vraiment passé une très belle semaine en famille, à refaire avec plaisir.

Désolé pour la chambre du fond et par votre sévérité. Extrêmement difficile de satisfaire tout le monde, et sur l'ensemble des prestations il peut toujours y avoir des points à améliorer. on fait au mieux mais ce ne sera jamais parfait.

Hôte discret, très arrangeant et attentif pour permettre de passer un agréable séjour.
A proximité de Rennes, environnement très calme

3/5L'infrastructure offerte est bien mais ne tient pas totalement ses promesses. Belle piscine et terrain de tennis mais la propreté du lieu (notamment des sanitaires ou de la cuisine...couverts sales dans le tiroir!) laissait vraiment à désirer.

Désolé pour ce ressenti qui dénote avec l'ensemble des commentaires reçus. Surpris de la sévérité, notamment en terme de "rapport qualité/prix " au vu de la surface et des prestations représentant des coûts de fonctionnement et entretien extrêmement conséquents, ainsi que "propreté des sanitaires" pourtant particulièrement suivis.
