Ground floor gite. Living room with fireplace, lounge (sofa bed) and kitchen areas. Bathroom. WC. Bedroom 1: double bed. Bedroom 2: twin beds. Electric heating. This old manor house has been converted into 2 gites on the owner's farm. Each has its own garden for relaxing in with barbecue and garden furniture. Swimming lake 500m.Janzé 2km. Rennes 25km.

Kurzurlaub in Janzé

Wir hatten einen schönen Kurzurlaub auf dem Land. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und entsprechend dem Wetter brannte schon das Holz im Kaminofen. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchte. Wir hätten uns auch gerne den Hof angeschaut, aber dafür reichten leider unsere Sprachkenntnisse nicht aus. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Pleasant enjoyable stay - welcoming owners

Good welcome by owner living on site. Gite is on a working dairy farm so flies are a slight problem but fly screens are in place on some windows so not too bad overall.
Gite is compact and suitable for a family of 4. There is a shower that was nice, but no bath which didn't cause us a problem.
Situation close to Janze town with good shops / supermarkets.

Only drawbacks were that in close proximity of the gite was the slurry pit! also adjoining the gite was another larger gite and you can hear water being run / toilet flushing.

Overall a very pleasant stay and good value for money.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire du lieu qui avait à cœur de nous satisfaire . Des petites attentions nous attendaient : une bouteille de cidre local,un bouquet de roses du jardin dans un vase ainsi qu’un bouquet de persil du potager . Des petites attentions qui prouvent que nos hôtes prennent du plaisir à vous accueillir.
Dans la maison,impeccable,rien ne manquait à notre confort et nous avons pu profiter d’un superbe jardin bien entretenu . Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte .

gites à la ferme

la formule à la ferme nous ramène vers la nature et la redécouverte des animaux,
quelques odeurs de l'exploitation mais aucune soucis c'est ça la vie un dépaysagement
super et une leçon de vie d'agriculteurs qui travaille sans se plaindre.
Séjour à recommander.
