This semi-detached gite, adjoining the owner's home and not overlooked, is less than 1km from the sea and the lovely sandy beach at l' Anse du Guesclin. It has its own private patio and lawn with sun beds, barbecue and patio furniture. Cancale 5 minutes. St Malo 10 minutes. The property is enclosed with car parking space.

5/5Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Vermietern empfangen.
Obwohl die Vermieter nebenan wohnen, hatten wir unsere ungestörte Privatsphäre, hätten aber jederzeit die Möglichkeit gehabt, uns an sie zu wenden.
Wir haben in Haus und Garten nichts vermisst, uns wohlgefühlt und uns gefreut, dass sich der Strand, die Boulangerie und der Supermarkt in Fahrradentfernung befanden.

5/5Très bel endroit, l'appartement est fonctionnel, très propre il ne manque rien pour passer un excellent séjour.Le jardin est magnifique. Mr et Mme Dubois sont très gentils.
