In the calm of the countryside, just a stone's throw from the sea, you'll be seduced by this beautiful stone farmhouse surrounded by a large garden full of flowers. The commune of Goulien is located halfway between Plogoff (Pointe du Raz, a remarkable site) and Douarnenez, with its fishing port and Thalasso spa. Pont Croix and Locronan are two towns of character well worth a visit. This gîte is located in Cap Sizun, in the heart of a region awarded the "Grand Site de France" label in 2004, with the Pointe du Raz, the Pointe du Van and the Pointe du Millet, from which you have a breathtaking view over the Bay of Douarnenez. The GR34 hiking trail takes you through unspoilt, authentic nature, with cliffs, coves and long white sandy beaches.

On the ground floor, you'll appreciate the large living room with its fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, and the comfortable sitting room in front of the bay window leading directly onto the terrace. This beautifully renovated room is warmed by the combination of local stone and wooden beams. A shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs is a large bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), a second bedroom with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with toilet. Outside, you'll enjoy the flower-filled garden, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue for grilling on sunny days.
