It's located between sea and countryside, close to Quimper, Concarneau, Fouesnant, Bénodet, Pont Aven, Locronan, Port La Forêt, the Glénan Archipelago, the fishing port of Guilvinec, the Pointe du Raz... Numerous activities are at your disposal: Beach activities (swimming, walks, sand castles, fishing), water sports (sailing, surfing...), walks, visits to the walled city of Concarneau, old Quimper, the Henriot earthenware factory, the Breton Museum, the Fine Arts Museum. Zen-style, semi-detached gîte in an old farmhouse restored in 2015, on a small family farm, close to the road that takes you to Quimper or the beaches in just a few minutes. On the ground floor, you'll enjoy a kitchen opening onto the living room, wc. Upstairs is a bedroom with a king-size bed for 2 (160x200), and a bathroom with separate wc.
The gite is equipped with a centralized biomass heating system (pellets).
Outside, an enclosed garden with terrace, garden furniture, sunbathing area and barbecue, plus private parking.
