Exceptional love at first sight for this contemporary-style house, located at the tip of the Lézardrieux peninsula, with its feet in the water... just behind the CEVA (center for the study and valorization of algae). All you have to do is step through the gate to enjoy a swim, access a pretty little family beach, or put on your sneakers and set off on a hike along the GR 34, which runs alongside the property. You'll want to come back very soon to enjoy this comfortable house with its magnificent panoramic sea view from the Ile de Bréhat to the Trieux estuary, plus its south-facing, sheltered terrace facing the sea (rare in the Côtes d'Armor). 4 km from Pleubian, 15 km from Paimpol.
Your vacation rental comprises on the ground floor: entrance hall, living room with fitted kitchen offering a beautiful sea view, separate toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with 1 bed 160x200, 1 bed 140x190 and 2 beds 90X190, bathroom (bath and toilet). Beds made up on arrival, towels provided. Complete baby equipment available. Wifi access. Fred et Virginie Très belle semaine à Pen Lan !
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans ce gîte extrêmement bien situé et très bien équipé. Le jardin exposé plein sud nous a permis de manger dehors quelques midis au mois de février. Véronique qui nous a accueilli est une personne très agréable, disponible et professionnelle. Merci à elle.

Wolfram/Christiane Der liebste Ort
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort, wie immer war es herrlich. Die Lautstärke des etwas laut brummenden Kühlschranks ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber ansonsten ist die Ruhe am Ende des Zipfels von Pleubian unbezahlbar. Véroniques Begrüßung war herzlich, sie reagierte stets sehr schnell. Dass im großen Schlafzimmer Allergikerbezüge auf der Doppelbett-Matratze sind, ist exzellent. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Patricia Un gîte très reposant
Une région très agréable, les gens sont très accueillants, les marchés sont vivants et les produits locaux extraordinaires ! Ce gîte où il ne manque rien est très reposant. Avec les grandes marées nous avons profité d'un paysage varié chaque jour. Le jardin est magnifique avec de multiples espèces d'oiseaux et des lapins !

15 jours passés a Pen Lan, entouré par la mer. Paysage changeant au gré des marées.
Gite très propre , bien équipé, reposant, que le bruit des mouettes et de la mer.
Accueil chaleureux et attentif de Véronique qui est aux petits soins pour les locataires. Merci pour les petites attentions gourmandes.
