Bathroom with shower, wc., portico, carport, large protected body of water with boat. Common washing machine with the owners. Neo-Breton style gite of 140 m², L-shaped construction, adjoining the owners. Located near the RN12 in an enclosed landscaped park of 25,000 m², 1 km from the village, 12 km from Saint-Brieuc and 4 km from the sea. Fishing on site, in the undergrowth (private). Rental fortnight in summer.

Séjour en famille 2 adultes et 2 enfants
5/5Aimant la découverte de nouvelles régions, nous avons choisi cette année les côtes d'Armor. Arrivés le samedi en fin d'après-midi nous avons reçu un accueil rapide de la propriétaire qui a su déceler notre fatigue. Le dimanche matin rapide tour des extérieurs et des locaux avec elle (nous étions plus receptifs). Dans le logement on trouve tout ce qu'il faut du code WiFi aux informations locales (dates des marchés, restaurants,....). Ne pas hésiter pour avoir d'autres informations sur les sites à voir. Petit plus la présence des animaux (poney, oies, poules,...) les filles ont adorées.
