Upstairs of the main house, with private access for each of the 2 bedrooms: (Ty Ellen, 1 bedroom 1 bed 1.40 m and on the ground floor its bathroom with private shower and toilet, living room with 1 extra bed 90x190, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle). (Gaellica, 1 bedroom. 1 bed 1.60 m, bathroom with spa bath and private toilets). In the annex, in 2 ears of corn, in a small independent building type chalet: 1 bedroom on one level with TV and a double bed. 160x200 (which can be split into 2x80x200 on request), a relaxation lounge area with an additional bed/bench (90x190)(fridge, microwave, dishes, coffee makers), a private adjoining bathroom with shower, sink and toilet .Bed, high chair and baby bath on request. A delicious breakfast will be waiting for you in a dedicated and spacious room with cakes, homemade jams, pancakes, fruit juice.... Free wifi internet access. Veranda for a moment of relaxation, garden furniture, barbecue. Parking on the property. Very close to the sea with still wild beaches of fine sand, pretty local stone house located in a small village of Lannion. Magnificent hikes are available to you on the GR 34 or discover the Côte de Granit Rose by road, an essential stopover in the Côtes d'Armor. Many sites for your walks: nature reserve of Sept-Iles, the Sillon du Talbert (geological curiosity) Les Marais du Quellen...
