Your vacation rental includes the ground floor. : living room, kitchen, wc. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 140x190 bed and 1 140x200 bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 2 90X200 beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet. For your return from the beach or fishing a bathroom with bathtub accessible by veranda or kitchen. Private land of 2500 m² with trees and flowers, terrace of 32 m². Private parking behind the house closed by barrier. Independent and spacious gîte, facing south, completely renovated in 2011 with taste and comfort, respecting the soul of the past. Jeannine and her husband will tell you about the history of the house. Very close to the main roads of the Côte du Goëlo you can go down to Binic "Grain de beauté des Côtes d'Armor" 2 km away to walk, swim, have fun. 10 km from St-Quay-Portrieux and St-Brieuc.

5/5Madame Cloarec nous a très bien accueillis,s'est montrée disponible .Le gîte est très bien situé ( A la fois proche de la mer ,du GR et de toute commodité).On s'est bien senti dans ce gîte avec 2 enfants en bas âge car il est spacieux et en plus on peut disposer d'1 grand terrain.. Bref tout y était pour un retour aux sources.On espère vraiment y revenir.

Nous avons été sensibles à l'excellent accueil de la propriétaire et au grand confort de ce gîte situé à seulement cinq minutes de la mer.

Paisible et confortable
5/5Gîte très bien équipé, très spacieux et avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner pour 6 personnes. Mer à 3km, petit bourg très paisible, commerces à proximité. Point de départ idéal pour découvrir la région. Bonne adresse à recommander.
