Your holiday home, adjoining another gite, consists of:

Kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry room, bathroom with shower and WC.

Upstairs two bedrooms:
A bedroom with two 90x190 beds
A bedroom with a 140x190 bed

Exteriors:
Small gravelled courtyard with a lawn area of 200 m² with garden furniture and another lawn area with sun loungers. Public parking for one car on the street, right next to the cottage. Pretty traditional house where everything has been done to preserve the spirit of a very Breton fisherman's house. This gîte is adjoining another gîte (ref: 22G132027 but don't worry, your privacy is preserved), it will be the ideal place for a holiday by the sea.
Come and relax in Pleubian on the sand and pebble beach of Pors Rand, go fishing on the sandy shore of Port Béni. Located at the end of the Presqu'île Sauvage,
Pleubian will seduce you with its preserved nature with a wide choice of activities to spend unforgettable moments. Stroll along the GR34, open your eyes wide at the Sillon de Talbert! It is a spectacular exception of nature.
In the village of Pleubian, 400 m away, you will appreciate the small shops available to you.
