As for the swimming pool, it takes place in the private enclosed garden of 250 m², superbly landscaped and flowered. It is accessible from the beginning of June to the end of September. Characteristics: 1.30 m deep, octagonal with a diameter of 4m and semi-buried, unheated, uncovered. Private parking also. Access to the owners' laundry room with washing machine. Between cottage, chic cabin, chalet and dollhouse, we immediately melt for this adorable little cottage. It has everything of a big one but in a reduced model. And what about the energy and care that Caroline brings to the little attentions. A small haven of peace to come and rest and relax in romantic mode or even for work. The landscaped garden maintained by Sylvain also contributes to the peace and privacy of the place. So suddenly you will come and come back because on the spot the escapades are not lacking. Just 6 km away, along the Rance, Léhon, a small town of character full of charm and Dinan, a majestic town of art and medieval history, are worth exploring, but also the banks and tows of Guinefort, Rance and of the Ile et Rance Canal. Straight north: the Emerald Coast will complete the photo album (St Malo, Dinard, Lancieux, St Jacut de la Mer, St Cast Le Guildo, ...) and why not taste oysters or mussels in Cancale or Frehel?
