Your vacation rental includes upstairs: A dining room with lounge area, kitchen with small veranda overlooking the garden, 2 bedrooms: one with 1 140x190 bed, the other with 2 90X190 beds and dressing room, bathroom water with shower, separate WC. Garage available for parking your vehicle, bicycles or windsurf boards, etc. At the front of the house you benefit from a courtyard of 80 m² and at the back a lawn of 750 m² planted with fruit trees. Towels not provided. Gîte which is only rented from Saturday to Saturday. House from the 60s, renovated in 2018, where the partitions were removed in order to create more open, larger living spaces for greater fluidity and give more light. Located in the center of Matignon, you will appreciate the proximity of shops, restaurants and its market on Wednesday mornings. An essential stopover not to be missed: Cape Fréhel, an impressive site classified as an ornithological reserve, whose cliffs overlook the sea by 70 m. Take the time to stop at the castle of Fort la Latte, which majestically overlooks the sea. 5 km away, the charming resort of St Cast-le-Guildo with its small port, its coastal paths and its seven fine sandy beaches!
