On site, gîte for 4 people 22G310971 - Common entrance via remote-controlled gate, courtyard and land not overlooked. Nestled on the heights of Plérin, above the port of Légué and Saint-Laurent, this property will seduce you with its privileged location: very close to the Saint-Maudez chapel renovated by the inhabitants of this very pleasant little district... a story...On site, you will have a pleasantly furnished gîte, a courtyard on the gable where you can relax when you return from the beaches or excursions. If you like quiet beaches, you love Les Nouelles, just 3 km away: bordered by a magnificent coast, you will love collecting shells there. If you practice nautical activities and are looking for wide open spaces with entertainment, you will rather go to Rosaires beach (6 km). All local shops 1.6 km away and the center of Plérin is 6 km away, Saint-Brieuc (6 km), Binic, a pretty seaside resort with its lively marina all year round, 16.5 km away. 20 km from Saint-Quay-Portrieux, 43 km from Paimpol.

nette und ruhige Gite
5/5Ruhige und etwas abgelegene Gite. Kleine Ausflüge per Fuß oder Auto möglich und sehr schön. Alles was man braucht ist da und der Rest in der Nähe beschaffbar. Ideal für eine Woche ausspannen.

Calme et sérénité !
5/5Notre séjour dans ce gîte fut parfait ! Ce dernier est spacieux, propre, bien équipé (comme à la maison), bien situé (proche du port Le Légué, d'une zone commerciale et des plages Martin et Le rosaire) et au calme (voie sans issue). De plus, sa propriétaire est disponible pour tout question et/ou demande. Enfin, le 2ème gite tout à côté est configuré de tel sorte que nous ne voyons pas nos voisins (sauf quand ils rentrent dans leur logement). Nous ne pouvions rêvé mieux pour nos vacances en Bretagne. Même la pluie ne nous a pas gêné
PS : la place de parking intérieur est certes quelques peu compliquée mais pas infaisable. De plus, il est tout à fait possible de se garer à l'extérieur. Il y a toujours de la place.- Cleanliness 5/5

3/5Séjour décevant, ne mérite pas les 3 épis. Pour un nouveau gîte on s'attend à mieux, plaque cuisson hors d'usage. que j'ai dû nettoyer pour faire fonctionner( Bouché par la graisse de cuisson) Salon de jardin au Soleil sans parasol. Si vous ne maîtrisez pas les manœuvres avec votre voiture parking inaccessible.

PETIT COCON AGREABLE ET DOUILLET
5/5Logement refait à neuf avec soin. La déco est sobre et de bon goût. On rentre, on se sent tout de suite bien. La propriétaire est très accueillante, soucieuse du bien être, avec de délicates attentions à l'entrée. Tout est fonctionnel, il ne manque rien. La literie est douillette.
Bref, un séjour très agréable à recommander.
