Breakfast is served either in the kitchenette of the room or in the living room-kitchen of the owner. A wooden terrace dominates an enclosed, wooded garden in this quiet area just on the edge of the town center (500 m). Parking on property. Cot in the bedroom and booster seat on request. Luc will be pleased to receive you in this annex of his house, all in wood. In the heart of Lannion, a city crossed by Le Léguer, the house invites you to visit the city or to reach the sea by the towpath or the countryside by the edge of the river (on foot - GR34, as by bike - VOIE n °4). Fishing, kayaking or rafting enthusiasts will be delighted by the assets of Léguer. You can arrive by train, the owner will welcome you at the nearby station. Shops, restaurants, cinema, theater, swimming pool, ... are also available to you from 500 m. City of art and history, the heritage is there and the architectural palette is wonderful. Unmissable: a jump on the Côte de Granit Rose, Ploumanach is 15 km away!
