GR.FL : Lounge-diner and open-plan kitchen. WC.1 double bedroom (1 dble bed) with bathroom (shower). Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival. Baby equipment. Shared laundry facilities. Private patio (40 m²), lawned area (1300m²) shared with the other two gites. Large communal courtyard (1500m²) with car park and dirt playing field with tennis net and football goals. No internet reception in area at present. A large, stone-built longhouse with 2 stylish, newly-converted, semi-detached gites on a 6000m² property in the country. A very pleasant, restful place to stay, ideally-situated for discovering the Côte de Penthièvre and the Emerald Coast including gorgeous beaches and the well-known seaside resorts of Sables d'Or les Pins, Fréhel and St Cast le Guido. Relax on the well-equipped private patios or enjoy a game of volleyball, tennis or football on the dirt playing field. Matignon 10km, Sables d'Or les Pins 19km and Lamballe 15km.

5/5La location était extrêmement bien équipée et bien agencée.
C'était très propre.
Le cadre est incroyablement reposant, le spa extérieur est vraiment un plus énorme. La salle de jeu est vraiment bien pensé.
Juste 2 points d'amélioration qui ne sont pas très important. Peut-être rajouter des accroches serviette au niveaux du jacuzzi. Et aussi réinvestir dans un panier de basket et mieux entretenir le terrain de volley/basket.Sinon le séjour était idyllique. Je recommande fortement

Zeer ruim en mooi ingericht. Rustig gelegen en kort bij de kuststeden. Leuk dat er een jaccuzi per gite is en toffe gezamelijke ruimte. Zeer behulpzame en vriendelijke gastheer!
Mooie wandelomgeving. Juist hebben de Fransen niet zo een goede bewegwijzering dan bij ons in Vlaanderen.

Belle découverte
5/5Tout a été parfait, nous avons apprécié le lieu qui permet de visiter la Bretagne côté Terre et côté Mer, le gîte était vraiment très bien avec une très bonne literie, le SPA était un vrai plus en fin de journée.
Mr et Mme Lemaître ont pu nous donner des conseils et font tout pour que notre séjour soit de vrais vacances et je les remercie. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir.- Cleanliness 5/5
