This two-room apartment is the ideal point for visiting the historic center by following the signposted route In the footsteps of Cadet Roussel, to enjoy Burgundian gastronomy and the prestigious wines of Chablis and Auxerrois. Our furnished apartment located on the 1st floor without elevator, is composed of a living room of 26 m2 with contemporary integrated kitchen, a lounge area with TV/DVD and a Rapido 140 convertible. You have a spacious bedroom with 160 bed serving a bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate and closed WC located in the corridor. High-speed Internet (Fiber). Public parking is available nearby. Access by car to the building is possible for unloading. Videophone. Sheets and end-of-stay cleaning included. Possibility of parking the bicycle in the bicycle room shared with the building.
