We welcome you to the Ferme du Bois-Dieu, in the heart of Burgundy, in an old farmhouse currently being renovated in Avallon itself. We have both the advantages of the city and those of the countryside. The property borders the town and the Bois-Dieu forest, the starting point for the great Morvan crossing. Gîte adjoining another gîte. First floor: living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 160x200), bathroom and toilet. Small garden in front of the gîte. Bed linen, towels and household linen provided. Heated indoor pool from Easter to All Saints' Day, weather permitting, shared by owner, 2nd gîte and chambre d'hôtes. -Private access to the Sauna free of charge on reservation -Private access to the Swim Spa paying on reservation CHARGES AND OPTIONS:Charges included: gas heating - electricity - bed linen and towels - housekeeping - bed linen and towels provided.

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte qui est très bien situé, à proximité de la forêt et du centre-ville tout en étant très calme.
    Il est également confortable avec des équipements d'excellente qualité.Très bonne literie. Accueil très chaleureux. Nous le recommandons vivement.

    Accueil chaleureux, vaste domaine, gîte spacieux, très bien équipé et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, piscine bien entretenue, chien "Nico" bien élevé et confiant.

    Ce gîte est situé dans un cadre très agréable avec piscine, sauna, possibilité acces jaccuzi proche de la nature et du centre ville. Très bon accueil. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
