Detached house in the heart of the village adjoining other buildings. Ground floor: Living room with kitchen area, separate toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (one with 3 90cm beds and the other with 1 140cm bed) + 1 baby bed, high chair, bathtub, changing cushion. bathroom with toilet. Electric heating and insert. Small enclosed garden of 150 m². Possible cleaning at end of stay with supplement. WIRELESS.

Possibility of renting the cottage for 5 people or for 7 thanks to an annex adjoining the cottage, with 140 bed, bathroom with WC.

Please note, if you are less than 6 people, the rate of the gîte for 5 people will be applied without the additional annex. If you wish to reserve the gîte with the annex and there are fewer than 6 people, please contact the reservation service or the owner.

Gîte located 6 km from the fortified town of Avallon (all shops and services) and 20 km from Vézelay, a UNESCO world heritage site, with the Sainte Marie-Madeleine basilica. Close to the Morvan regional park and lakes. Tree climbing, rafting, canoeing, karting in the region (between 6 and 20 km).
