Le Logis Du Regisseur

Le Logis du Régisseur is the former residence of the steward of the Château de Chevillon. Built just before the 1914 war, this group of characterful buildings in the very heart of the village, with no other view than the green fields, will welcome you in a most convivial atmosphere.

On the plus side, we're just 6 km from exit 18 of the Autoroute du Sud, not far from the A6/A5 junction, and only 135 km from Paris.

So you can make a stopover before heading off to the north or south of France, or even to the east or west of France!

From Chevillon, there's easy access to Auxerre and its vineyards, as well as Chablis, not forgetting the must-see Guédelon site, less than 30 minutes away by car.

Montargis, the Venice of the Gatinais, Sens and Joigny are also less than thirty minutes away.

Located at 25, rue de l'église, you won't be disturbed by the passing traffic, as this is a one-way street "except for local residents", bordered by a small stream and meadows, and ending at its other end at the village wash-house opposite the main entrance to the château.

If you're looking for peace and quiet, country charm, quality services and a friendly welcome, this is the place to stay.

A family room for the same family with private bathroom facilities = the "garden and pool view" room has a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (100cm) + the "country view" room has a double bed (160cm) (can be split into 2 single beds (80cm)) and two single beds (80cm). Cot available on request (free of charge).

Pets are welcome on request.

We'll be delighted to share our best addresses with you, as we've travelled the length and breadth of the département with customers in our 2CVs as part of our travel agency business. As travel professionals, we've traveled all over the world, but we're sure that this getaway in Burgundy will have a thousand surprises in store for you! In 2022 we obtained the Chambres d'Hôtes Référence qualification, which guarantees compliance with the comfort criteria predefined by the Offices de tourisme de France. In addition, since 2023 we have been a signatory of the Charte des Hébergement pour un tourisme durable et responsable en Puisaye-Forterre.
