Charming little detached house located in the heart of the village, on a quiet square, opposite a ford for vehicles, a stone's throw from the river.
Gîte comprises a living room with sofa bed/dining room/kitchen, a bedroom with 1 double bed (cot & high chair available on request) & a shower room with toilet.
Enclosed grounds, garden furniture, deckchairs and covered barbecue. Accessibility: 3 steps up to gîte. Loan of 2 mountain bikes. 2 quiet pets accepted.
Grocery (100m), restaurant (Le Moulin de Corneil, 200m), bakery (200m), minigolf, tennis, park (Jardin Ribaudin, 200m) & category 1 river (fishing) in the village.
Gite located near Saint-Fargeau with its castle, old farm and historical show in summer, Saint-Sauveur (Colette birthplace and museum), Guédelon medieval construction site, Saint-Amand-en-Puisaye pottery village & also near Toucy and its famous Saturday market. Located 30 min from Auxerre, 1h from Chablis and its vineyards & 1h10 from Vézelay, the eternal hill.
CHARGES AND OPTIONS : Bed linen rental : sheet 1 person 7€ / sheet 2 persons 14€ / bathroom linen per person : 5€. End-of-stay cleaning: €30. Electricity heating not included (8 kwh/day).

4.8/5Gîte simple mais plein de charme mélangeant modernité et ancien. Bien situé dans un petit village ne manquant pas de charme également, proche de Guedelon, Saint-Fargeaux, les 7 Écluses,.... De petites attentions tres sympathiques à l arrivée comme des oeufs frais, cidre, jus de pomme maison, confiture maison, noisettes, bref un très bon accueil. La literie mériterait juste d être plus ferme. Très bon rapport qualité prix en tout cas pour un mois d avril.

5/5Excellent accueil réservé par Claudine : petits bouquets de fleurs fraîches, confiture, cidre, jus de pommes maison, herbes aromatiques du jardin et même des chocolats de Pâques.
Un petit bémol sur la qualité du lit qui sera changé d'ici peu nous a dit Claudine et peut-être, à terme séparer les toilettes de la salle d'eau.
Sinon tout est parfait : on se croirait chez des amis.
