Fully restored, detached Poyaudine house with enclosed grounds. Ground floor: living/dining room, separate kitchen opening onto garden, 1 bedroom (1 double bed) and separate wc. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (2 beds 140 and 1 bed 130), shower room with wc. Shared with the owner, heated swimming pool open from May 1 to October 1, weather permitting.
All-inclusive gîte: bed linen and towels provided, heating included, electricity included, cleaning included.
Pets welcome at no extra charge: 2 maximum.
Hiking trails, pond on site. 10 minutes away: Guédelon and Saint-Fargeau castles, Lac du Bourdon, Boutissaint animal park. 5 minutes from Colette's birthplace.

4.8/5La maison est confortable et très bien tenue. Elle est proche de nombreuses activités et visites à effectuer aux alentours (château de Guédelon, maison de Colette, marché de Saint-Sauveur...).
