Pantry in basement. Central heating by oil furnace included in the price. Fenced-in yard. Baby equipment and toys for children. Beds made upon arrival, bath-linen and kitchen linen provided. End of stay cleaning option with supplement. Possible weekend stays. Fishing pond nearby. Convenience shops in the village. Located near Avallon, (all convenience shops and services) and Vézelay with its Sainte Marie-Madelaine basilica.

4.5/5Nous apprécions l'agréable accueil des propriétaires. Le gîte est situé dans un village calme, les habitants chaleureux. Il est bien situé pour se rendre à Vezelay, Avallon, La Pierre qui Vire, Saulieu et bien d'autres lieux à découvrir en Bourgogne.

5/5Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui sont facilement joignables. Le gîte est spacieux, dispose d'un terrain clos (pratique pour notre chien). De plus, il est très bien situé géographiquement puisqu'il nous a permis de nous rendre en Côte d'Or (Hospices de Beaune...) et dans la Nièvre. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

3.3/5Ce gîte pourrait être très agréable mais trop de choses sont à améliorer. La literie, hors d'âge, est à changer (attention au mal de dos !). La cuisine n'est pas fonctionnelle.: son équipement est désuet, il n'y a pas de plan de travail, l'évier est peu accessible et fuit, une porte de placard heurte le lampadaire ... Enfin, l'éclairage au rez de chaussée est insuffisant. Le jardin est heureusement très agréable et l'emplacement idéal.

4/5très bon séjour ,des odeurs de fuel un peu désagreables mais mieux que pas de chauffage!!!surtout avec une cheminé hors d usage,,,,,,,

4.8/5Ce fut un immense plaisir de revenir dans ce gîte. J'ajoute simplement un avis concernant un axe d'amélioration pour le confort : remplacer le convertible par un canapé.
