Delphine and Philippe welcome you to their renovated gîte in a family spirit.

Ground floor: large living room, lounge with fireplace (free wood) and sofa bed, kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), bathroom, optional infrared sauna for adults and children/light therapy (50 euros/week and 25 euros/weekend) , toilet. Floor: 2 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed with baby bed, 1 140 cm bed).

The attraction of this gîte is the huge games room (50 m2) upstairs for adults and children (American billiards, ping pong, table football, TV, Wii, board games). 1 additional BZ bed 140/190.

Closed shelter, private enclosed garden with terrace (barbecue) equipped for children (swing, slide).

Its ideal location will allow you to discover Burgundy. Labeled bicycle welcome.

Possibility to rent gîte 89G594 (4 people).

Animal supplement: €5/day/animal + obligatory cleaning fee of €58 (2 animals maximum)

Heating included. CHARGES AND OPTIONS: Sheet rental: double bed. : 14€ - Bathroom linen: 5€/pers. End of stay cleaning: €58. Electricity extra beyond 8 kWh included/day.
