Heating included in price. Enclosed courtyard with lawn area (garden furniture and barbecue). Baby chair and folding bed. Aquatic center 30 km (Montbard). 9 km from the Burgundy Canal with its cycle route and 6 km from the village of Noyers, one of the most beautiful in France.

Le gîte était parfaitement conforme à nos attentes.

4.5/5Très grand gîte idéal pour se retrouver entre amis. Il y a tout le nécessaire et même plus. Les hôtes sont très accueillants avec de petites attentions sympathiques. Un bémol sur la qualité de la literie à revoir, sinon très bien.

Nous sommes venu en famille, nous etions 9 personnes,nous avons été très bien acceuilli avec la propriétaire,une personne très agréable et à l'écoute et réactive.
Le gîte est spacieux, confortable et très bien chauffé,la cour est spacieuse pour y garer plusieurs voiture.
