A family home for over 50 years, this Burgundy farmhouse halfway between Paris and Lyon, at the gateway to the Morvan Regional Nature Park, welcomes you to the heart of the small village of Sainte Magnance. Laurence, known as "Pomme", the owner of this place that cradled her childhood, has renovated this "house of happiness" by creating 2 comfortable gîtes for families and lovers of the countryside. This gîte is a cocoon for 2 people and a child, on the first floor, with a living room, 1 bedroom, shower room and separate toilet. Small terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Garden planned for 2025. Pets are not allowed.
For your comfort, bed linen, towels and household linen are provided, as well as a cleaning service. In addition: electric heating and electricity above the 8 kwh included per day.
