Detached house in a group of buildings close to the owner's farm.
On the ground floor: kitchen/living room (fireplace with wood stove - free wood) 1 bedroom (1 160 cm bed). Shower room and separate toilet. On the 1st floor: living room (convertible), 2 bedrooms (2 140 cm beds, 1 90 cm bed and 1 baby bed, 1 child's bed). Independent toilet. Sheets for the 160 bed are provided.
Wood central heating not included. Closed courtyards (150 and 350 m²). Terrace. Plancha. Gîte in the heart of the Morvan Park.
Gîte near the fortified town of Avallon (all shops and services) and Vézelay, a UNESCO world heritage site, with the Sainte Marie-Madeleine basilica. Gite also near Quarré-les-Tombes and St Leger-Vauban.

4.5/5Nous ne connaissions pas cette région mais nous avons été enchantés, tant par la beauté des paysages et par l'accueil des gens.
Le gîte est très bien situé dans un petit hameau et la vue de la terrasse est magique.
Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse sans égal.
Merci aussi d'avoir accueilli nos toutous qui ont bien baladé dans le Morvan.

5/5Très beau gîte, très propre, très grand et très bien équipé. Très belle terrasse. Et surtout propriétaires du gîte avec le coeur sur la main ! Extrêmement gentils ! Gîte très bien situé pour visiter le Morvan et de nombreuses randonnées. Je recommande ce gîte avec des propriétaires extrêmement gentils et généreux ... EXCEPTIONNELS ! Un immense MERCI !
