In the commune of Lepuix, a rural gîte in a small, simple and authentic village house, totally independent, calm and pleasant. Simone and Sylvie, two sisters with a passion for decoration, plastic arts and history, are keen to share a part of their family history with future guests. When renovating the house, they wanted to combine modernity and functionality, while preserving the old-world soul of the place. The house is ideal for 4 people, with the possibility of extra beds for 2 (beds made up on arrival on request). The gîte has independent access, parking spaces, a garage, a terrace with garden furniture, and a vast orchard classified as a Refuge LPO, with a garden shed. Ground floor: fitted kitchen, living room, sitting room with flat-screen TV and DVD player, toilet. First floor: hallway, 1 bedroom with a 140x190 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 beds, 1 bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Heating from October to May 45€/week.
