Welcome to the Verrêts gîte, a former stable, which the owners completely renovated in 2013 to welcome you. The cottage is located in an ideal setting to recharge your batteries but also to discover the rich historical and cultural heritage of the region. 3 hours from Paris, in the center of France, this characterful cottage has been restored while retaining the traditional charm while combining the comfort of modernism. Detached house with stunning open views of the surrounding countryside. Ping pong table. The beds are made, bathroom linen provided and end-of-stay cleaning is included (possibility of benefiting, at no extra charge, from intermediate cleaning for any stay of at least one week). On the ground floor: beautiful bright living room with a convertible sofa (possibility of having 2 extra beds), flat screen TV, DVD player, hi-fi system, large table, pellet stove. Fully equipped open plan modern kitchen. The living room and kitchen have direct access to the terrace, equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture. Wooded land with a vegetable garden area. Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC as well as a laundry room with washing machine. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms including 2 with 1 160x200 bed, 1 with 2 90x200 beds (which can be pushed together on request) and 1 with 2 bunk beds (which can be separated on request) and 1 single 90x200 drawer bed. 1 patio which opens onto a 2nd bathroom with toilet. Baby cot and baby equipment available. The choice was made to make the rooms upstairs in a wooden frame in order to preserve the authenticity of the building, while ensuring great thermal and sound comfort. Possible visit to the owners' farm (cattle, cow and goat cheeses). Nearby: fishing, canoeing on the Loire, cycling or hiking, tennis. PAL amusement park, Moulins and its museums, Nevers Magny-Cours circuit, Morvan Park.
