Land of 200 m² (not enclosed), not overlooked by the owners. Private parking.heat pump central heating and electricity included. Folding cot and high chair available.
Near Nevers, city of art and history (all leisure activities), 12 km from Magny-Cours racetrack. Surrounding forests, Bec d'Allier. Vineyards of Sancerre (most beautiful village in France), Pouilly/Loire, Charitois and Giennois hillsides. Site of La Charité/Loire. 1 pet allowed (if more, contact owners for agreement).
