Le Clos Ligérien is a property beside river Loire comprising owners' home, two guest rooms (B&B) on 1st floor of outbuilding and gîte at back of courtyard. Courtyard (benches) shared with occupants of gîte but trellised screen separates the two dedicated areas. Secure, unheated outdoor swimming pool (10x6m, 1.3m deep) shared with occupants of gîte, open 9am to 7pm in summer, depending on weather. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool. Adjoining utility room (washing machine/tumble drier) shared with gîte. Reception room (lots of tourist information to help you explore the area and enjoy your holiday) leading to breakfast room (wood pellet stove). Breakfasts vary from day to day. |1st floor: Constance room for up to 3 people (queen-size bed, single chair/bed 110x190cm) with desk & courtesy tray, TV, bedside lamps with USB sockets, shower room (wall-hung WC, walk-in shower, vanity unit, towel drying radiator). Romance room for 2 people (queen-size bed) with desk & courtesy tray, TV, bedside lamps with USB sockets, shower room (wall-hung WC, walk-in shower, vanity unit, towel drying radiator). This room has wonderful view of river Loire and bridge, Nevers cathedral and Nevers Plage (summertime beach area).
