House adjoining that of the owner, on one level with a large enclosed garden of 1600 m² (private part and part shared with the owners) in the heart of a quiet village. Private parking space in the courtyard and closed shelter for bicycles and motorcycles. 2 possible entrances at the front and back of the house. Equipped and integrated kitchen, living room with sofa bed for 2 extra people, TV, wifi and DVD player, bathroom with large shower and toilet, 1 bedroom (1 160x200cm bed) with a baby bed, a high chair and bathtub. Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning at an additional cost. Heating included in the price. Shared washing machine and laundry room. Heated swimming pool to share with the owners (open from April to September) 8x5m. To see on site, Canal du Nivernais, Yonne, nearby: Bazoches, Morvan and its lakes, Clamecy, Vézelay, Nevers, Charité-sur-Loire. The vineyards: Tannay, Pouilly-sur-Loire, Sancerre, Chablis, Irancy, Côteaux du Giennois, Charitois.

4.3/5Gîte agréable, calme et bien placé. La piscine est mise à disposition. Le gîte est bien équipé, literie en 160 ce qui est très bien, seulement la literie est un peu fatiguée. Propriétaire très accueillante.
