Former 17th century independent presbytery on one level comprising living room with kitchen area (30 m²), lounge, 1 large bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and 1 baby bed on request, 1 bedroom with 1 90 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed , bathroom, toilet. 1 baby bed and 1 high chair. Electric heating included. Wood not provided with possibility of purchase 3km away. Large courtyard of 500 m² enclosed by walls. Enclosed garden of 2000 m² with private parking, independent equipment room and garden furniture. 3 pets maximum allowed. Possibility of cleaning at the end of your stay at an additional cost, to be paid on site. 50 meters from the Yonne and 100 meters from the Canal du Nivernais (walks on the greenway cycle route), possibility of fishing (1st and 2nd category: fishing premises). 5 km from the Morvan Regional Natural Park and 12 km from the Vaux and Baye ponds (sailing and fishermen's paradise, boat trips). Possibility of hiking, kayaking, climbing, mountain biking. Visit to the abbey in Corbigny (3 km).

4.3/5Très beau gîte bien équipé dans un superbe cadre. Très beau jardin avec de belles fleurs et la visite quotidienne des oiseaux et des écureuils.
Ambiance intérieure très fraîche, probablement agréable en été.
Situation parfaite pour de belles promenades à pied ou à vélo. Commerces à quelques kilomètres.

5/5Nous louons des gites 2 ou 3 fois par an depuis des années et le Presbytère de Chitry est notre meilleure expérience. C'est une maison où nous aimerions vivre à l'année tellement elle est à la fois magnifique et agréable. Et pour ne rien gâcher, le propriétaire est adorable...
