Single-storey gîte on owner's property near Le Bourdon lake and Boutissaint wildlife park. Large living room with open-plan kitchen, lounge area (wood-burning stove, table football, 107cm flat screen TV, radio/CD player). 2 bedrooms (2 single beds OR king-size bed) (2 single beds). Shower room/WC (thermostatic shower). Baby equipment. Beds made on arrival, bed linen & towels provided. Heating (no extra charge). Free firewood. Terrace, garden with electric fence to accommodate horses. Pod (2 people) can also be rented in addition to gîte: 25€/night. Nearby: Guédelon (castle being built using medieval techniques & materials), château of Saint-Fargeau ('son et lumière' historical shows in July/August), Saint-Amand-en-Puisaye (pottery), Pouilly-sur-Loire and Sancerre vineyards.

Le gîte est spacieux,,clair,,confortable et très bien équipé.
Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accuellis et nous ont conseillés pour les visites à faire dans la région et aussi sur la localisation des commerces des environs.
