In the heart of the historic district of Nevers, come and stay in a cocooning duplex apartment located on the 1st floor. In this privileged environment, you will be at the center of cultural activities and 1 minute walk from the tourist office. Living room containing an integrated kitchen, a living room, storage under the stairs and toilet. Upstairs, the bathroom includes a large shower, a dressing room and a bedroom with a 180x200 bed (or 2 90x190 beds). Everything is included (bed linen, bathroom linen, kitchen linen, cleaning, heating and electricity). Public parking nearby (free, paid and blue zone). Ideal location for discovering this city of Art and History (at the foot of the Ducal Palace, the Tourist Office, the Loire and the Cathedral).
New: to meet demand, we are providing a baby bed. A day bed can be used by a child under 10 years old.

5/5Excellent emplacement en plein centre pour cette location joliment décorée. Literie très confortable. Salle d'eau spacieuse et toute neuve. Ventilateurs à disposition lorsqu'il fait chaud. Possibilité de cuisiner très limitée (plaque de cuisson à brancher, four micro onde).

4.8/5En plein coeur de la ville, une très bonne surprise. Logement agencé avec gout et offrant beaucoup de confort. Parking gratuit à proximité. Possibilité de visiter la ville sans prendre la voiture.

4.5/5Très satisfaite de ce logement : bien situé, propre, très bien équipé, décoré avec goût, literie très confortable et salle de bien parfaite et en prime, belle vue sur la cathédrale !
La cuisine est un peu petite mais tout de même fonctionnelle.
Accueil très satisfaisant.
Seul souci : il est très difficile de garer son véhicule à proximité...

5/5Séjour très agréable à la Parcheminerie ! Véronique et Marc sont des hôtes idéaux, accueillants et disponibles. L'appartement est très bien situé, tout près de la cathédrale, et possède une chambre confortable, un salon et une salle de bain sympas, une cuisine petite, mais bien aménagée (deux plaques électriques sont à installer selon besoin). De plus, il est possible de se garer gratuitement sur la place juste à côté ou en contrebas, le long de la Loire, un escalier permettant de revenir en quelques minutes. Je recommande !
