Beautiful residence from 1882, completely renovated and ideally located on the banks of the Loire for a very pleasant stay!

On request, a garage is at your disposal. Raised ground floor with a corridor leading to a cozy living room with TV, a large living room with a lounge area with office and a dining room area with direct access to the enclosed courtyard. Binoculars are at your disposal to see the wildlife on the banks of the Loire. A fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with washing machine and dryer. a separate toilet. On the 1st floor, 2 spacious, nicely decorated bedrooms with a view of the Loire, each equipped with a 160x200 bed and their own private bathroom with toilet (large shower). Air conditioning in the rooms planned for spring 2022.

Bicycles are available for you to stroll along the banks of the Loire. Starting point to discover the territory: the vineyard with Pouilly-Fumé but also Sancerre, the Loire by bike or on foot or by canoe. Go visit the Pouilly-Fumé tower, the middle Loire pavilion, the Belvedere in Saint Andelain (panoramic view of the Loire and the vineyard). Nearby: Sancerre, La Charité sur Loire (city of books and words), Cosne Cours sur Loire. Shops and restaurants on site.

optional end of stay cleaning = €80 to be paid on site to the owner
