Farm-based gîte, adjoining other buildings in peaceful setting at heart of La Puisaye. Single storey accommodation. Living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (double bed) (2 single beds), bathroom, WC. Oil-fired heating (extra charge). Unfenced garden (200 sq.m.). Tourist tax included in rent. Free fishing in farm lake. Cleaning at end of stay possible (extra charge). Private parking. Only 1 pet allowed. Interested in crafts? This region is a well known centre for pottery. If castles are your thing then a trip to Guédelon is a must (site where about 50 enthusiasts are building a castle, using only techniques and materials available in the Middle Ages). Tree-topping and Paint Ball for the more energetic. Be sure to visit the superb château of Saint-Fargeau, an important historical site in the Puisaye Forterre area (performance tracing 1,000 years of history every summer).

3.8/5Gite Rural on an active farm. Very calm. The twin beds need new mattresses, bed covers were a bit thick for the summer season.Friendly proprietor.

Je regrette que vous soyez partis sans un mot, sans explication alors que j'habite sur place. Vous auriez dû me faire part de vos remarques directement: je vous aurais montré pour les volets et j'aurai remis du chauffage.

2.8/5Gîte bien situé au calme dans une ferme et en partie rénové. Equipement vieillot et élémentaire.
Pas de porte-serviettes dans la salle de bains. Vaisselle en nombre insuffisant : 8 assiettes et 1 seule poêle ,pas de bouchon d'évier , ménage négligé.- Cleanliness 2/5
