On the 1st floor of the owners' house you access via an independent exterior entrance (spiral staircase) to your apartment: a living room composed of a kitchen open to the dining room and lounge area with flat screen television, DVD player. 2 bedrooms for 3 and 4 people with bathroom (shower) in each bedroom. 1st bedroom: 1 140 bed and 1 90 bed, 2nd bedroom: 1 130 bed, 1 140 bed and 1 90 bed. 1 baby bed and 1 high chair available. In the garage are the washing machine and dryer. At the back of the house, a terrace is set up with a view overlooking Lake Pannecière. Enclosed land of 1500 m². The garden offers swings and bicycles for adults and children. This accommodation is not suitable for professional customers. The cottage is located in the region of the great lakes of Morvan and is close to Autun, Mont Beuvray, the wine route (Beaune), Chateau-Chinon, the abbey of Pierre qui Vire, Avallon and Sauli
Everything is included in the price: bed linen, household linen, bathroom linen, heating, and cleaning fee.

5/5Hôtes très accueillants. Gîte très confortable. Nous avons apprécié la possibilité de manger à l'extérieur ainsi que les chaises longues. Le Gîte est situé dans un endroit très calme idéal pour le repos.
