On the 1st floor the large main room, where the large central fireplace separates the room, on one side a lounge (beautiful designed leather sofa), the other a dining room with direct access to the 35 m² terrace with its stunning views of the Lake Crescent. Enclosed large grounds of 2500 m². The kitchen is open to the dining room and is equipped with a butcher's block, a large cooking range with concrete surfaces. Room for 2 persons (1 double bed) and bathroom with Italian shower in concrete and WC. The 2nd level is served by a passageway overlooking the living room and 3 bedrooms (1 bed, 1 double bed, 2 beds 90) all comfortable and cosy
