Warm and elegant, this chalet on 2 levels combines natural materials in terracotta and wood and modern elements such as the suspended raw concrete staircase. The combination of these materials has created a cozy, practical and functional atmosphere. The owner wanted to share this haven of peace in a sublime region with his guests. On the 1st level the large main room, including the large central stove separates the room, with on one side the living room (2 leather sofas), on the other the dining room with direct access to the 35 m² terrace with breathtaking views on Crescent Lake. Large enclosed grounds. The kitchen is open to the dining room and is equipped with a central block, a large cooking range and polished concrete worktops. Bedroom for 2 people (1 140x190 bed) and bathroom with polished concrete Italian shower and WC. The 2nd level is served by a passageway overlooking the living room and 1 open bedroom with 1 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 1 140x190 bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 beds. Possibility of 2 extra beds 90x190. 1 baby bed and numerous equipment available. End of stay cleaning, electricity, heating and linens included, free wood. Bathroom (bath) white wood and polished concrete. This cottage is located in the upper Morvan, on the edge of Lake Crescent and close to the Maison du Parc Naturel Régional du Morvan in St Brisson. Not far from its large lakes (Chaumeçon, Pannecière, Les Settons,) where you can practice all water and leisure activities, and its forests which offer numerous hiking possibilities. Numerous visits to nearby sites such as Vézelay (basilica and gourmet restaurant), Avallon, Bazoches (Vauban castle) or Clamecy, ancient city of wooden floats.
