Le Gîte de l'Hermitage

In a quiet village on the banks of the Saône, the Gîte de l'Hermitage, adjoining the owners' house, offers: on the first floor: a large corridor leading to a dining room, a bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed, 1 x 90 cm bed and 1 cot, a separate fully-equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace, a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet. Sitting area with fireplace, TV and WIFI. Upstairs: access via 2 different staircases (1 of which is quite steep): 2 bedrooms, each with 1 x 160 cm bed and 1 x 90 cm bed, one with private shower room and WC. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer in an outbuilding on the other side of the courtyard. Terrace overlooking a large enclosed park planted with trees on the banks of the Saône (children are the responsibility of parents). Children's games, pétanque court, badminton net, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs. Large 11 x 5-meter swimming pool (1 to 2 meters deep), shared with owners (free access from 10am to 5pm, children must be accompanied by a responsible adult). The pool closes at the beginning of October, and reopens in May depending on weather conditions. Enclosed private parking. Bike room available. Small pets accepted on request. Short-stay rates: 2 nights 380 € -3 nights 552 € - 4 nights 700 €.

The owner, an artist, will be delighted to show you around his studio, located opposite the gîte.

In the immediate vicinity of the "voie bleue" (from Luxembourg to Lyon) and the banks of the Saône for a relaxing stay with the possibility of walking and cycling, fishing, etc. Just a stone's throw from the Capitainerie, which offers waterbike rentals and traditional restaurants. Gray, 7 km from all shops, doctors, cinema, theater, Baron Martin art museum, Esperanto museum, water sports center, etc. 25 minutes from Champlitte, Châtea-musée arts et traditions populaires, Pesmes, Marnay, Vallée de l'Ognon... 45 minutes from Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, and its Cité de la Gastronomie. 1 hour from Besançon: Musée des Beaux-arts, Citadelle, zoo, museums...
