La maison forestière

On the site of the Château de Saint-Loup-Nantouard, in the middle of a 60-hectare park, La Maison Forestière is an independent former hunting lodge, set in a peaceful, unoverlooked natural setting, with private outdoor swimming pool and tennis court. The gîte offers a breathtaking view of the château. The surroundings invite you to relax and enjoy outdoor activities with family and friends. The park provides a safe playground for children. First floor: kitchen/dining area, living room with TV, VCR, DVD player, living room with open fireplace (wood supplied), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190cm), bathroom and WC. Upstairs you'll find 4 bedrooms: 1 attic bedroom with 1 single bed (120x190cm) and 1 cot, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190cm) and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140X90 cm) + 1 single bed (90X190cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) accessible via one of the bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 2 WCs. Gas central heating. Utilities included.
Facilities: children's swing, ping-pong table, pétanque balls, tennis court (rackets and balls not supplied, except for children's rackets), private swimming pool 10 m x 6 m, covered with tunnel and secured by alarm, covered terrace, deckchairs and garden furniture.
Things to do: visit Château de Saint-Loup, walk in the park, mountain biking in the Monts de Gy. Parties are not allowed in the gîte. A deposit of €1,000 is payable on arrival. Maximum 2 pets allowed.

Bed linen, household linen and towels: not included at present, tenants are invited to bring their own.
