Discover a small house of 49 m² at n ° 178 on the heights (465m) of the hamlet "Les Maires d'Avaux" in Saint-Bresson, offering a lovely view, in a quiet area and ideally located 11 km from Luxeuil-les-Bains (spa town), comprising an equipped kitchen, a bathroom / WC, a living room with flat screen TV, and pellet stove. A large bedroom with a 140/190 bed and a second passing bedroom with two 90/190 bunk beds. You will enjoy an unfenced lawn garden with terrace, a shelter with a 220 V socket for your electric bikes (VAE) as well as an anchor point.

Pellet or electric heating - charges not included: on meter reading according to consumption, beyond the 8 kWh included per night (0.21 € per additional kWh). A free 15 kg bag of pellets per day, beyond the additional 15 kg bag: 6.50 €

Je serais ravie de vous recevoir pour un séjour un peu plus long, toutes les saisons sont belles et l'automne est une période encore plus calme avec des couleurs magnifiques. En vélos la prochaine fois. ;)
