Discover a small house at n ° 178 on the heights (465m) of the hamlet "Les Maires d'Avaux" in Saint-Bresson, offering a lovely view, in a quiet area and ideally located 11 km from Luxeuil-les-Bains (spa town), comprising an equipped kitchen, a bathroom / WC, a living room with flat screen TV, and pellet stove. A large bedroom with a 140/190 bed and a second passing bedroom with two 90/190 bunk beds. You will enjoy an unfenced lawn garden with terrace, a shelter with a 220 V socket for your electric bikes (VAE) as well as an anchor point.

Pellet or electric heating - charges not included: on meter reading according to consumption, beyond the 8 kWh included per night (0.21 € per additional kWh). A 15 kg bag of pellets : 10 €
