Electric heating (charge based on actual consumption). Owners on-site in adjoining property. Heated swimming pool (10x4m) shared with owners, open April to October, depending on weather, access times can be arranged. Can be rented together with gîte no. 21G632 (8 people) on same property but with its own private areas. 9km: Nid à la Caille lake (lifeguards). Cycle track alongside Canal de Bourgogne. A few kilometres away: medieval village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, château of Bussy Rabutin, Alésia MuséoParc. Fontenay abbey (UNESCO World Heritage site). Montbard water sports centre.

5/5Tout était parfait, accueil chaleureux, gîte magnifique et très propre, très grandes pièces mais difficile à chauffer, nous avons fait très attention au chauffage mais avons malgré tout dépassé notre quota électrique....et nous n'étions pas en plein hiver... heureusement que nous ayons pu profiter d'un bon feu de cheminée. Un lit en 160 dans l'immense chambre serait le bienvenu ainsi qu'une couette plus large. Rien ne manquait pour passer un agréable séjour. Allez-y vous ne le regretterez pas.

4.5/5Très bel endroit, au calme et agréable. Seul bémol serait de pouvoir disposer d'une liste de restaurants ouverts à tous moments de l'année. Propriétaires accueillants et disponibles. Logement bien équipé, prévu pour des personnes PMR. Endroit de repos et de balades.
