Large shower room (walk-in shower), separate WC. Wooden deck. Private parking. Access to shared grounds (1 hectare) beside stream with waymarked footpaths. Electric heating (charge based on actual consumption). Owners on-site in adjoining property. Heated swimming pool (10x4m) shared with owners, open April to October, depending on weather, access times can be arranged. Can be rented together with gîte no. 21G632 (8 people) on same property but with its own private areas. 9km: Nid à la Caille lake (lifeguards). Cycle track alongside Canal de Bourgogne. A few kilometres away: medieval village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, château of Bussy Rabutin, Alésia MuséoParc. Fontenay abbey (UNESCO World Heritage site). Montbard water sports centre.

4.8/5Es war die schönste Unterkunft die wir bisher in Frankreich hatten. Angenehm ruhig gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet, in der Küche findet man alles was für die Zubereitung eines leckeren Abendessen nötig ist, auf der überdachten Terrasse kann man sehr gut den abendlichen Aperitif (z.B. Cremant de Bourgogne) nehmen. Die Vermieterin, Madame Bilbot, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
