30 minutes from Dijon and 25 minutes from the Prenois racetrack, in beautiful surroundings, tastefully renovated former château stables. 2 gîtes with independent entrances, on the first floor and 1st floor, close to the owners' house.
The "l'Erable" gîte, located on the first floor of the house, offers: a beautiful, fully-equipped modern kitchen, with cooking piano, American fridge, multi-function food processor, etc., opening onto the living/dining room, with direct access to the terrace. Pellet stove. Library, flat-screen TV with DVD player (DVDs available), Bluetooth speaker. 1 bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed, 1 second bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed. 1 bathroom with shower. Separate WC. 1 cot on request. Reversible air-conditioning. Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue. Swing set.
In a separate room in the courtyard, shared by the 2 gîtes: beautiful Zen area including : SPA, sauna and hammam. Shower and WC. Access to SPA: 1H30 free / night booked - optional: sauna + hammam: €60 per 2 hours (including SPA). Reservations required with the owner.
Plus: Magnificent Japanese landscaped garden, entirely in bloom, with large pond, pergola and garden furniture, for wonderful moments of relaxation. Secure gated access (children are the responsibility of their parents).
Large private parking lot in front of the gîte. Possibility of recharging an electric vehicle (domestic socket), with a fixed charge of €10/day.
The 2 gîtes can be rented together for a total of 8 people.
Ideally located for discovering Burgundy. Numerous tourist sites nearby, including the pretty medieval village of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, the Château de Bussy-Rabutin, the famous Abbaye de Fontenay (Unesco World Heritage Site) and the MuséoParc d'Alésia. 30 minutes from Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, and Cité de la Gastronomie since May 2022. Burgundy vineyards less than 1 hour's drive away.
